Greeting

Welcome to the El Dorado R/C Flyers Website!

This club is dedicated to the enjoyment of designing, building and flying model aircraft, as well as the comradery of fellow fliers. The club has many active fliers and spectators can usually find several planes in the air pretty much any day of the week (depending on flying conditions of course). The primary focus of the EDRCF is open flying with only a few days of the year taken up with organized events.

We offer free flight training to those who would like to enjoy this satisfying hobby!  We also have a club aircraft and radios and will provide introductory flights with and instructor to anyone who wants to try RC flying!

If you are an experienced flyer and wish to visit our club, you are welcome to come fly with us.  Just be sure to get a field orientation from a member and remember all visitors must be the guest of the member.  Don't know anyone in the club, not a problem, just select “contact us” in the menu above and let us know you want to fly.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Our club videographer, Jerry Ingalls, has produced a video highlighting the recent improvements to our field.  This is definitely worth a watch!  Here is the video link:https://youtu.be/SMQfwfGWVvo

Our new Club Merchandise Store is now open  to order shirts and hats! Here is the link:
