Club meeting minutes for October 2025

Current membership is 125

Finances

Mannie was not able to attend so there is no financial information today.

General 

The extension of the shade structure is still planned but will probably happen later in the fall. Forrest will be working on the schedule

Bill did a temporary fix to the far left corner of the fence. 

Now is a good time to check your details on the website, AMA membership and contact details

Keep up the good work of picking up trash when you leave the field

Do not put broken props in the fence as this might deteriorate the mesh

There will be a club swap meet on October 25
