Club meeting minutes for January 2026

General 

Membership renewal is due. You can renew anytime and the deadline is 15 February. Also make sure your AMA membership is up to date.

Forrest will schedule a work day to extend the shade structure. It will probably be in a while after the rain taper off and the ground can dry out some.

The annual meeting is tentatively scheduled for February 7 at the barn in Greenstone. This will be a pot luck and swap meet. If the weather is good we will do a bbq. More details will be communicated at a later date.

Upcoming events still in planning stage:

Warbirds day in April or May

Spring swap meet, we need to communicate with other clubs to ensure we don’t overlap.

March 7 there will be a night flying.

Also at some later date we will have a crazy plane day which will include a bomb drop. Get an airplane ready to bomb the field!
