General 

Forrest will schedule a work day to extend the shade structure. It will probably be in a while after the rain taper off and the ground can dry out some.

Bill will repair the fence at the right corner of the field

Looking forward to later this year the board would like others to step up and put their names in for the elections this fall. The current board has served for the last 3 years and at the end of this year would like to step down.

Upcoming events still in planning stage:

Warbirds day in April or May. There is a need for someone to lead the Warbirds day event. If you are willing contact Steve. The time is coming soon if there is not a volunteer the event will not happen.

After the meeting there was a night fly with many participants. Everyone enjoyed the spectacle.
