Club meeting minutes for April 2026

General

Kudos to everyone for keeping the field neat and clean. Everyone is doing a great job of taking away trash. 

Forrest will schedule a work day to extend the shade structure. It will probably be in a while after the rain tapers off and the ground can dry out some.

Bill will repair the fence at the right corner of the field. He is also planning to replace a couple of benches and would appreciate a little help. Contact Bill if you want to help.

Looking forward to later this year the board would like others to step up and put their names in for the elections this fall. The current board has served for the last 3 years and at the end of this year would like to step down.

Events

Jim will be hosting a glider event on June 6. Please let the club know if you are planning to participate. We need at least 8 to 10 flyers to hold the event.
